Yes yes, I really like the beat you used in this one as well as the melody :D
Its like one of my favorite kind of beats actually. NICE JOB!
One thing though, i think it would sound better if you made the drums more puchier hahaha

I originally composed the song with the drums heavily compressed and loud, but it caused the whole song to clip madly.

So a quick volume change later, the drums were softer, the song was much more managable, but drums were not as hard. :(

I really should figure out these things, mixing is something I should work on.

I like it :D

It's like one of the songs you can do a light show to. When I'm listening to this this is really relaxing, and the mixing and sounds are all really good too. I think this is what trance should sound like; very nicely done :]

Hmm interesting

I think this goes really smoothly.
Although I think that the first 10 seconds of the song sounds more like it would be used in an epic race/battle kinda thing. It does fit well with the rest of the song..... but not THAT well hahahah

I really like the melodies and the transitions, and yes I love the electro bass and the trance progression. Very nicely done!

I don't really have anything to say about any specific thing other than that everything sounds great to me.
Now it's only a matter of if people like the song or not because I think the mixing, transitions, melody, choice of instruments, etc. are all really good!

this is better

yeah its more smoother now :D
but im still getting that choppy effect
are you using the original song and adding effects to it?
if so, then maybe thats why its hard to get a clean sound.
What I would do (if what i said is true) is completely remake the whole song from scratch if i were to remix something, so you can completely edit it however you want =)

Yeah basically i got the midi of the original and build the whole song out of that. I wrote my own bass line to fit the chords and added effects to make it have the same feel as the original. I don't think i can be bothered doing the whole thing again i would rather start another project and write it from scratch, kinda feel as though using midi's is cheating.
